titleOfInvention | Ant-proof granule |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To manufacture ant-preventive granules to be sprayed around structures and cables to protect them from damage by termites. [Structure] Heat-resistant diethyltoluamide was added to synthetic resin in an amount of 0. Kneading is performed in an amount of 01 to 30% by weight to prepare an anti-termite granule. The particle size is 0.5 to 5 mm. In addition, an additive is added so that the specific gravity becomes 1 or more to prevent scattering. Further, diethyltoluamide may be microencapsulated. [Effect] Since heat resistant diethyltoluamide is used, it does not decompose during molding and the anticidal effect does not decrease. Easy to manufacture and easy to apply anywhere. The granules do not leave any space between them and a uniform anti-termite effect can be obtained, and especially when microcapsules are used, the termite-proof effect can be maintained for a long period of time. |
