titleOfInvention Method for ozonizing mixture of unsaturated fatty acid ester and fatty acid
abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] When ozonating a mixture of an unsaturated fatty acid ester and a saturated or unsaturated fatty acid, the reaction product has a δ of 5.3, 6 when measured by 1 H-NMR. 1 ~ The sum of the proton peak area of 6.4 ppm (I o) and δ = 3.6 to 3.8 ppm, the reaction is carried out by controlling so that the ratio (I o / I m ) with the total proton area (I m ) of the carboxyalkyl ester groups is 0.2 or less. [Effect] A stable ozonized product can be obtained during storage or during oxygen oxidative decomposition reaction, and monovalent fatty acid and divalent fatty acid can be safely obtained.
