titleOfInvention Tile carpet
abstract (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Purpose] The present invention is that the backing layer of the carpet material is made of non-halogen resin, is light and has good walkability, and is fixed to the base with an adhesive to adhere the backing layer to the adhesive. It is intended to provide a lightweight tile carpet which has good properties, is free from deformation such as warpage, and can be integrally molded. According to the present invention, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having a melt index of 1 to 10 and a vinyl acetate content of 10 to 30% is used as a backing layer B on the back surface of a carpet material A in which a pile 2 is planted on a base cloth 1. A resin intermediate sheet layer 3, A cross-linked foamed sheet layer 4 made of polyethylene having a foaming ratio of 3 to 6 and skin layers 4'on both surfaces is provided. Further, an adhesive layer C with an adhesive 5 and a release paper 6 is provided on the back surface of the foamed sheet layer 4.
