titleOfInvention | Feed for cultured seafood |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] It is an object to provide a feed for cultured seafood with improved color frying. [Structure] Phaffia Rhodima (IFO 1012 9 strains) were cultivated in liquid medium, and 10N NaOH was added to the culture solution. After adding an aqueous solution to adjust the pH to 12.5 and leaving it at room temperature for 1 hour, neutralize it with hydrochloric acid and separate the cells with a centrifuge. Pfaffia rhodozyma cells were dried with a spray dryer and treated with alkali. The cells were added to the aquaculture feed to obtain a feed having an astaxanthin concentration of 39 ppm. |
