titleOfInvention Image forming method
abstract (57) [Summary] (Correction) [Purpose] Electrophotographic characteristics are less deteriorated due to wear of the photosensitive layer in the process of repeated image formation many times, and the photoreceptor is preserved from the time of copying machine production to the time of user use. Provided is an image forming method which is excellent in properties and does not cause a crack due to a toner receiving roller that abuts on a surface of a photoconductor. In an image forming method including a step of cleaning a photosensitive member by bringing a cleaning member including a toner receiving roller into contact with the photosensitive layer, the surface layer of the photosensitive layer is represented by the general formula [B 1 ] and the general formula [B 2 ]. A copolymer compound containing the repeating unit represented by the main component is contained as a binder resin. In the formula, R 1 and R 2 represent H, C1-6 (substituted) alkyl group and the like, R 3 to R 6 are H, halogen atom, C1-6 (Substituted) alkyl group and the like, l, m, p and q are 1 to 4 Is a positive integer.
