titleOfInvention Polymer dispersed liquid crystal display
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] The shape and size of the unit structure of the three-dimensional network structure can be controlled arbitrarily, the electro-optical characteristics are steep at a low driving voltage, and the contrast ratio is large. Provided is a polymer-dispersed liquid crystal display device having excellent gradation controllability. [Structure] At least one of two transparent substrates 2, an electrode 1 layer formed on the substrate 2, and a liquid crystal layer 3 sandwiched between the substrates 2 are transparent substrates. In a three-dimensional network structure made of a polymer formed by exposing a photosensitive resin film formed on a substrate 2 in a fine pattern, repeatedly filling a recess after development with a filler, and then removing only the filler. And a liquid crystal layer 3 obtained by dispersing liquid crystal therein.
