abstract | (57) [Summary] [Constitution] The present invention is characterized in that a surfactant and avidin are allowed to act on a liposome having biotin immobilized on the surface of the membrane in advance, and a method for dissolving the liposome membrane and the surface of the membrane in advance. The reaction of the liposome membrane-dissolving activity of a surfactant and avidin for a liposome having biotin immobilized thereon and holding a labeling substance therein, with a substance to be measured and a substance having a property of specifically binding thereto. For example, it is characterized by quantifying the amount of a substance to be measured such as an antigen or an antibody by reducing the amount using a antigen-antibody reaction or the like, and measuring the amount of the labeling substance that migrates from the liposome according to the degree of the reduction. It is an invention of a quantification method. [Effect] The present invention provides a new method for dissolving a liposome membrane using the reaction between avidin and biotin, and it is remarkable that various substances can be quantified by using this membrane dissolving method. It is a great invention that has various effects and contributes to the industry. |
