abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] A method for forming an aluminum oxide film, which comprises subjecting aluminum to anodization treatment in an organic solvent solution of a quaternary ammonium salt of phthalic acid having a water content of 0.1% by weight or less. [Effect] A non-aqueous electrolyte solution can be used instead of the conventional aqueous electrolyte solution to form a porous anodic oxide film with a large surface area, and various functional substances that are insoluble in water and soluble in organic solvents can be used. A novel method for forming an aluminum oxide film and an electrolytic solution used therefor are provided. |
