titleOfInvention Ultra high gloss high impact rubber modified styrene resin composition and method for producing the same
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide a rubber-modified styrene-based resin composition having a markedly improved appearance of a molded article and excellent impact strength. [Composition] In the dispersed rubber particles of the rubber-modified styrenic resin composition, one type of rubber-like polymer is used, the particles having a salami structure are reduced in size, and the particles having a single occlusion structure are mixed to obtain a particle size distribution. Is set to 3 peaks and the average particle diameter is set to a range of 0.2 to 0.8 μm. Further, the particle size distribution is made wider than before, and a special index of the ratio of the 5% value and the 95% value of the cumulative particle size distribution based on the volume of the rubber-like polymer particles is controlled.
