titleOfInvention | High-purity β-diketonate lead complex and process for producing the same |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Objective] A high-purity β-diketonate lead complex useful as a raw material for forming a thin layer by a CVD method is produced. [Structure] A solution of DPM and NaOH dissolved in anhydrous methanol and a solution of lead acetate trihydrate dissolved in anhydrous methanol are mixed. The precipitate obtained is filtered off, recrystallized in anhydrous methanol and dried in vacuo. As indicated by the solid line in FIG. 1, the impurity evaporation amount measured by thermogravimetric analysis is less than 0.01%, the chelate evaporation amount is 99.5% or more, and the carbon content by elemental analysis is 99.0 of the theoretical amount. ~ 101.0%, hydrogen content 99.0-10 of theoretical amount 1.0%, the lead content by ICP analysis is 99. Highly pure Pb (DPM) 2 with 0-101.0% is obtained. |
