(57) [Summary] (Modified) [Structure] (A) Diisocyanate having first aliphatic carbon atom-bonded isocyanate group and third (cyclo) aliphatic carbon atom-bonded isocyanate group, and (B) (A) One or more diisocyanates other than (C) (In the formula, R is H, CH 2 OH, an alkyl group), which is reacted with 2,2-bis- (hydroxymethyl) -alkanoic acid corresponding to (a) bonded to a (cyclo) aliphatic tertiary carbon atom. Done 1-3 0% by weight of isocyanate groups, and (b) 0.5 to 5 per 100 g of isocyanatocarboxylic acid. A process for the preparation of an isocyanatocarboxylic acid having 00 milliequivalents of carboxyl groups which may be at least partially present in the carboxylate form, as well as the isocyanatocarboxylic acid. Effect These compounds can be used as cross-linking agents for aqueous coating compositions. |
