titleOfInvention | Method for forming manganese cobalt oxide thin film |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To form a dense and homogeneous manganese-cobalt oxide thin film at low cost by a simple operation. [Composition] A manganese compound such as manganese nitrate and a cobalt compound such as cobalt nitrate are dissolved in a polyhydric alcohol such as ethylene glycol to prepare an alcohol solution. Aromatic carboxylic acids such as benzoic acid, phthalic acid, salicylic acid, oxybenzoic acid, gallic acid, mandelic acid, tropic acid and aminobenzoic acid are added to and mixed with this alcohol solution, and then, preferably, methanol or the like is added to this mixed solution. A coating solution is prepared by adding and mixing alcohol. This coating solution is applied to the surface of a heat resistant substrate to form a coating film. The coated substrate is dried and heat-treated to produce a manganese-cobalt composite oxide precursor, and the composite oxide precursor is fired at a temperature of 600 to 1000 ° C. to obtain a manganese-cobalt oxide thin film. |
