titleOfInvention | Intestinal absorption enhancer of calcium, calcium composition having improved intestinal absorbability, and calcium drink containing the same |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a calcium absorption enhancer for human body, a calcium composition having excellent absorbability, and a liquid beverage containing the same. [Structure] An intestinal absorption promoter of calcium comprising at least one kind of amino acid coexisting in a purified product obtained by burning or electrolyzing a plant-derived calcium-containing compound. This intestinal absorption enhancer makes the whole calcium composition remarkably excellent in intestinal absorbability by adding a small amount of it to an animal or mineral-derived calcium-containing compound which is not very excellent in absorbability. The special amino acid group constituting the intestinal absorption enhancer is composed of tyrosine, proline, valine, leucine, histidine, serine, and glycine, and at least one of them may be blended. |
