titleOfInvention Method and device for dehydration of sludge
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A water-containing material that can treat various types of sludge in which soil particles are formed into flocs by adding a coagulant without destroying the flocs of the soil particles by applying a static pressure. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method and apparatus for dehydrating sludge or the like that dehydrates to a relative ratio. [Structure] Various sludges and the like in which soil particles are formed into flocs by adding a coagulant in advance are stored in a container and static pressure is applied to discharge the supernatant liquid without destroying the flocs of the soil particles. A dewatering casing 1 including a bottomed cylindrical body capable of accommodating a predetermined amount of various sludge having a high water content formed in a floc and holding a predetermined internal pressure, and a drainage provided to open and close the opening of the dewatering casing 1. A means 7 for supplying muddy water or the like that can move back and forth inside the soil cover 2 and the dehydration casing 1. And a drainage means 5 having an opening opening in the dehydration casing 1 and capable of advancing and retreating inside the dehydration casing 1, and a pressurizing means 9 for pressurizing the interior of the dehydration casing 1, thereby applying a static pressure to sludge and the like. In addition, a structure is provided for discharging the supernatant.
