titleOfInvention How to measure abnormal prothrombin
abstract (57) [Summary] [Objective] A method for measuring an abnormal amount of prothrombin in a blood sample is provided. [Structure] A blood sample treated with tissue thromboplastin in advance was used as a test sample. Synthetic substrate method was used for the thrombin of the system activated by the prothrombin-activating enzyme derived from snake venom and the system not activated. By measuring the amount of activity and determining the difference between the two, The amount of abnormal prothrombin in a blood sample can be measured extremely efficiently and with high sensitivity.
