abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (N In a signal amplification system using enzymatic cycling of AD) or its nucleotype (NADH), an alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) derived from Zymomonas is used as a catalyst for the enzymatic cycling. [Advantages] The ADH activity that promotes enzymatic cycling does not decrease over time, and the signal amplification reaction lasts for a long time. Alternatively, NADH detection sensitivity can be obtained. When the amount of ADH is the same, far superior detection sensitivity can be obtained as compared with the conventional method. |
