titleOfInvention | Separation agent |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] A separating agent containing, as an active ingredient, a β-1,4-bonded glucose straight chain in which a sugar having an N-acetylglucosamine residue in its hydroxyl group is chemically bonded to silica gel. Also, a separating agent containing an active ingredient which is obtained by decomposing a sugar having an N-acetylglucosamine residue with lysozyme or cellulase and chemically bonding it to silica gel. [Effect] When a compound in which a sugar having an N-acetylglucosamine residue of the present invention is chemically bonded to silica gel is used for chromatography as a separating agent, optical isomers and similar compounds can be efficiently separated. |
