abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a superconducting material useful as a passive device such as a high frequency device. [Structure] On a substrate made of MgO (100) single crystal, A multilayer film formed by sequentially stacking a BiSrCaCuO-based superconducting layer and a bismuth oxide insulating layer. On a substrate made of MgO (100) single crystal, Bi was deposited by chemical vapor deposition. The SrCaCuO-based superconducting layer and the bismuth oxide insulating layer are continuously and sequentially laminated. [Effect] A multilayer film having a structure having an insulating layer as a good protective film for protecting a superconductor layer can be provided easily and efficiently. Provided is a multilayer film having a very effective protective film for a superconducting layer, which is useful as a passive device such as a high frequency device.
