abstract (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Purpose] Prevents ozone decomposition until ozone water is supplied to the inner surface of the container, and sterilizes the entire inner surface of the container with a small flow rate and in a short time. Provided is a sterilizing method to be obtained and a sterilizing spray nozzle used therefor. [Structure] Insert a self-rotating nozzle with a number of orifices installed so as to be directed to each part of the inner surface of the bottle into the bottle, supply ozone water to this rotating nozzle, and spray ozone water under rotation. When sprayed on the inner surface of the bottle, where the average flow velocity of ozone water is V (cm / sec) and the total cross-sectional area of the orifices of the rotary nozzle is A (cm 2 ), the formula 140 ≦ A × V ≦ 600, A ≦ 0 .85, and V ≦ 10 Spray to satisfy 00.
