abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide a door trim that does not require a lot of man-hours to insert and remove the inserts when molding the core material. Also, the man-hours of inserting and removing the inserts when molding the core material do not increase, improving product yield. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a door trim that is lightweight and lightweight. [Structure] In a door trim 1 in which a core material 2 and an inner seal flange 3 separate from the core material 2 are integrally formed by urethane injection foaming or the like, a molding is performed on a flange surface 3a of the inner seal flange 3. A notch 4 that fits into a protrusion 7 that is provided on a mold insert 5 is formed. Further, the mounting portion 14 formed on the upper mold 12 by combining the insert 5 and the inner seal flange 3 In the cavity 15 formed by the mounting portion 14, the lower mold 11, and the upper mold 12, the core trim 2 molding material is foam-molded in the door trim manufacturing method.
