titleOfInvention Method for producing carrier for immobilizing physiologically active substance
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] Immobilization of physiologically active substances that can be simply and effectively immobilized while retaining the activity of the physiologically active substances and does not cause inconvenience such as release of immobilized physiologically active substances. A method for producing a modified carrier is provided. [Structure] A hydrophilic spacer having a polyalkylene skeleton and a tosylate ester at both ends is allowed to act on a water-insoluble solid surface containing a nucleophilic substituent to form a tosylate ester and a nucleophilic substituent. The hydrophilic spacer is immobilized by the reaction of, and the tosylate ester at the other end of the hydrophilic spacer is immobilized by performing the same reaction as the nucleophilic substituent in the physiologically active substance. A method for producing a physiologically active substance-immobilized carrier.
