titleOfInvention Single layer photoreceptor
abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a photoresponsive organic single-layer electrophotographic imaging member which is capable of generating and transporting charges and is ambipolar. For both charge generation and charge transport such that when forming a latent image from a supporting substrate and a positive or negative charge source, the charge of the charge source transports electrons or holes to form the latent image. A bipolar photoresponsive device comprising a monolayer on the substrate, the layer comprising a photoresponsive pigment or dye, a hole transporting small molecule or polymer and an electron transporting material.
