titleOfInvention Hydrophilic processing method for molded product surface
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a novel hydrophilic light control method in which a hydrophilic group whose concentration is selected as designed according to its position is introduced into the surface of a molded article. [Structure] The surface of the molded article having a photodimerization-reactive photosensitive group is irradiated with light such as visible light and ultraviolet light in the vapor of a photosensitive hydrophilic treatment agent having the same photosensitive group By doing so, a hydrophilic group is introduced. [Effects] By using the method of the present invention, a high degree of hydrophilic light control, which cannot be achieved by conventional techniques, becomes possible, and electronic circuit materials, master plates for offset printing, packaging films, clothing, biomaterials, etc. It can be used for the controlled hydrophilic processing of molded articles.
