titleOfInvention | Bleaching method for cellulose pulp |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Objective] When bleaching a cellulose pulp produced by a modified alkaline digestion method in a multi-stage bleaching process including a chlorine bleaching process, an alkali is added to the chlorine bleaching process to adjust the pH to 2.4 to. The purpose is to efficiently discharge the pitch out of the system by adjusting to 11.0 to suppress the generation of adhesive pitch and washing. [Composition] Pulp obtained by modified kraft cooking method of hardwood is bleached with oxygen and then bleached in four stages of chlorine-alkali-hypochlorous acid-chlorine dioxide various types. Alkali was added to the pulp solution of the concentration, and chlorine was further added at a rate of 1.5 kg per 1 point of Kappa number / ton of air-dried pulp. The pH was adjusted to 3.5 after 20 seconds of beating. After removing the wash water, the remaining three stages of bleaching were performed. |
