titleOfInvention Process for producing grafted vinyl polymer
abstract (57) [Summary] [Objective] The reaction can be controlled easily, there are few restrictions on vinyl monomers, and various vinyl polymers can be grafted onto the carbon black surface while achieving good grafting efficiency. A method for producing a grafted vinyl polymer is provided. [Structure] Using a polymeric peroxide having a specific structure as a polymerization initiator, 0.02 mol / l of the peroxide is used. Based on the thermal decomposition rate in cumene or benzene at a concentration, a vinyl monomer is polymerized under the condition that 30 to 80% thereof is thermally decomposed to synthesize a vinyl polymer having a peroxy bond. Then, the peroxy group in the vinyl polymer is pyrolyzed in the presence of carbon black, and the vinyl polymer is grafted on the surface of the carbon black to produce a grafted vinyl polymer.
