titleOfInvention | Transparent acrylic elastomer composition and method for crosslinking the same |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To provide a transparent acrylic elastomer composition containing a polyfunctional monomer or oligomer and having a reduced viscosity, which can give a cross-linked molded article in which transparency is not impaired. To do. Also provided is a method for crosslinking such a transparent acrylic elastomer composition. [Structure] (a) An acrylic elastomer having an unsaturated group and (b) a hydroxyl group or an epoxy group, an alkyl isocyanate or an aryl isocyanate, an acrylic elastomer containing an ethylene glycol diacrylate and an organic peroxide or a photopolymerization initiator. The composition is left to stand at 50 ° C. or 60 ° C. for a certain period of time to increase its viscosity, and then heated to 130 ° C. or irradiated with ultraviolet rays to cause a crosslinking reaction. |
