abstract (57) [Summary] (Correction) [Constitution] 3-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4 by heating reaction of aminoguanidine thiocyanate A triazole is obtained. Preferably, an aminoguanidine salt such as aminoguanidine bicarbonate and a thiocyanate salt such as ammonium thiocyanate are heated and reacted in the presence of an acid to isolate 3-amino-aminoguanidine thiocyanate without isolation. 5-mercapto-1, 2,4-triazole is obtained. [Effect] The above triazole compound can be obtained in a high yield in a safe and inexpensive manner by an easy operation.
