titleOfInvention Foam release sheet
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] Processed parts can be easily collected and the target parts can be obtained with high yield without being affected by the processing accuracy even if there are irregularities on the processing table or supporting base material. To obtain an adhesive sheet for. [Structure] A foamable peelable sheet comprising two or more foaming agent-containing adhesive layers (2, 3) provided on a supporting substrate (1) in a combination having different treatment temperatures of a foaming agent. [Effect] While holding and bonding the component to be processed through the foaming agent-containing adhesive layer for high-temperature treatment, the cushioning effect against unevenness difference is exerted through the foaming agent-containing adhesive layer for low-temperature treatment after heat treatment. While being processed, the adhesive strength of the foaming agent-containing adhesive layer for high temperature treatment can be reduced after the processing, and can be easily recovered without damaging the target component.
