titleOfInvention Immunological measurement method for microorganisms and microorganism filtration container
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] A method for immunological determination of microorganisms and a microorganism filtration container capable of performing recovery operation of microorganisms easily and in a short time, and capable of stabilizing and improving recovery rate of microorganisms. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: A microbial filtration container having a microbial trapping filter 4 for partitioning the inside of the outer cylinder into a sample water inlet side and a sample water outlet side inside an outer cylinder 1 provided with a sample water inlet 2 and a filtered water outlet 3. The sample water is circulated in the microorganism filtration container to capture the microorganisms, and then the suspension for ultrasonic disruption is injected from the sample water inlet. Further, a method for immunologically measuring a microorganism, characterized by ultrasonically disrupting the microorganism in the microorganism filtration container into which the suspension has been injected.
