titleOfInvention Method for imparting releasability to thermoplastic polyester resin in-mold molded article using synthetic resin in-mold molding release agent and thermoplastic polyester resin composition
abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention provides a thermoplastic polyester resin in-mold molded article with excellent mold releasability, which does not damage the surface of the mold or the surface of the molded product and does not hinder the molding operation. The present invention provides a method for imparting releasability to a thermoplastic polyester resin in-mold molded article using a mold releasing agent for in-mold molding of synthetic resin, and a thermoplastic polyester resin composition. The method for imparting releasability of the present invention comprises using a polysiloxane-polyvinyl graft copolymer having a specific structure, which is obtained by graft-polymerizing a vinyl monomer onto a polyorganosiloxane, as a release agent for molding in a synthetic resin. The mold release agent is characterized by containing 0.07 to 3 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the thermoplastic polyester resin and performing in-mold molding, and the composition of the present invention is characterized in that It is characterized in that 0.07 to 1 part by weight is mixed with 100 parts by weight of the plastic polyester resin.
