abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To form a dense and homogeneous manganese-cobalt oxide thin film at low cost by a simple operation. [Composition] A manganese compound such as manganese nitrate and a cobalt compound such as cobalt nitrate are dissolved in a polyhydric alcohol such as ethylene glycol to prepare an alcohol solution. An olefin carboxylic acid such as acrylic acid, crotonic acid, vinyl acetic acid, methacrylic acid, angelic acid, tiglic acid, allyl acetic acid, 3 methyl crotonic acid, maleic acid and fumaric acid is added to and mixed with this alcohol solution, and preferably this mixture is mixed. An alcohol such as methanol is added to and mixed with the solution to prepare a coating solution. This coating solution is applied to the surface of a heat resistant substrate to form a coating film. The coated substrate is dried and heat-treated to produce a manganese-cobalt composite oxide precursor, and the composite oxide precursor is fired at a temperature of 600 to 1000 ° C. to obtain a manganese-cobalt oxide thin film. |
