titleOfInvention | Capacitor manufacturing method |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Objective] The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a capacitor using a conductive polymer as an electrode, which is excellent in that deterioration such as capacity and loss is small when left for a long time under high temperature and high humidity. The purpose is to realize a capacitor having reliability. [Structure] As an electrode laminated on a dielectric film of a capacitor, obtained by electrolytic polymerization using an electrolytic solution containing at least one selected from silicic acid or silicate, a polymerizable monomer and a supporting electrolyte. The conductive polymer is used. As a result, it is possible to obtain a capacitor using a conductive polymer as an electrode, which has excellent reliability that the deterioration such as capacity and loss when left for a long time under high temperature and high humidity is small. |
