(57) [Summary] [Structure] A protective orthodontic appliance in which only the parts that contact the occlusal surface in the left and right molars of the dental arch are hollow. [Effect] It has a higher durability than before and has a structure with a higher shock absorption capacity than before, and is further equipped with a mechanism to disperse the parts that absorb occlusal force and shock force into the left and right jaws. Thus, by adopting a shape in which there is less trouble during conversation or utterance than before, and a feeling of foreign matter is less than before, the problems associated with the protective orthodontic device according to the related art are solved. |
