titleOfInvention Liquid crystal panel and manufacturing method thereof
abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] A reflective film is formed on the liquid crystal injection port 61 of the array substrate 41. A resin containing liquid crystal is injected between the counter electrode substrate 42 and the array substrate 41. Then, the injection port 61 is irradiated with the ultraviolet beam 21 to cure the resin injected into the injection port 61. The ultraviolet beam 21 is moved along the reflecting film. Then, the panel is washed to wash the resin adhering to the surface of the panel and the like. After washing, the display area of the panel is irradiated with uniform ultraviolet rays to polymerize the resin, and the liquid crystal and the resin are phase-separated. [Effect] Since temporary sealing can be performed using the injected resin, Since the process can be simplified and the resin adhering to the extra portion can be completely washed away, connection failure of the drive IC or the like does not occur. Further, since the liquid crystal panel of the present invention does not use a polarizing plate, it is possible to realize high brightness of a display image.
