titleOfInvention Friction material
abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] Friction consisting of a fiber material, a thermosetting resin, a rubber compound and carbon black, wherein carbon black is compounded at a volume ratio of 2 to 15% with respect to the friction material. Material. [Effect] Brake squeal and judder can be prevented without reducing the friction coefficient. Further, the friction material of the present invention does not deteriorate the effect of preventing brake squeal and judder due to deterioration of the material forming the friction material due to frictional heat, shearing force, etc. generated during use. Furthermore, since an inexpensive material is used, a friction material having such excellent properties can be provided at low cost.
