abstract | (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Structure] Na 2 O.nSiO 2 or K 2 O.nSi It is a flux cleaner containing O 2 water glass as a main component and has a composition of water glass Na 2 O.nSiO 2 or K 2 O. -In nSiO 2 , n is 0.55 to 3.5, 2.0-4.0, Na 2 O.nSiO 2 or K A flux cleaner characterized by using water glass having a concentration of 2 O ยท nSiO 2 of 0.2 to 4.2 wt% or 1.5 to 4.9 wt%. [Effect] Since it is a strong alkaline aqueous solution, it is non-toxic, non-flammable, easy to handle and safe for work. Further, water glass tends to become an insoluble precipitate (in the presence of mineral acid or multi-charged metal ions) by the addition of an acid, wastewater treatment is very easy, and it has an effect of dealing with recent pollution problems. |
