titleOfInvention | Method for producing glass containing silver component |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] A reaction product of a metal alkoxide compound and a silver coordination compound in which an alkoxy metal group-containing compound is coordinated is hydrolyzed to prepare a gel body, and the gel body is heat-treated. A method for producing a glass containing a silver component, which comprises the dispersed dispersion of silver. [Effects] According to the method of the present invention, it is not necessary to melt the glass component, so that it is possible to produce a silver component-containing glass in which silver or silver halide is dispersedly contained at a lower temperature than in the conventional method. Therefore, it is possible to solve the problem of the conventional method in which some of the components are volatilized during the production and the composition of the glass is different from that of the charged composition, and it is difficult to produce only high-quality glass. Further, according to the present invention, the silver or silver halide precursor forms a co-condensate with the glass precursor as a metal complex, and therefore silver ions are dispersed in the glass precursor in atomic order. Therefore, silver or silver halide can be dispersed in glass on the order of atoms or molecules, and of course, the particle size can be controlled on the order of nm to μm. |
