(57) [Summary] [Structure] A thin film layer made of a photopolymerizable conductive paste composition containing an extremely high concentration of metal powder and an adhesive layer containing an inorganic binder and having a high content of a photosensitive resin composition are provided as a support. A laminated body characterized by a structure laminated on the top. [Effects] In a system containing a high concentration of metal powder, it was difficult to laminate onto a substrate by the conventional method, but according to the method of the present invention, it is possible to laminate onto a substrate even in a system containing a high concentration of metal powder. It has become possible to easily form a fine pattern having extremely high electric conductivity. |
