abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention relates to a capacitor using a conductive polymer as an electrode and a method of manufacturing the same, which is excellent in that deterioration such as capacity and loss is small even when left at high temperature for a long time. The object is to realize a capacitor having high reliability. [Constitution] COOR 1 group, CONH 2 group, CHO group, CO Phenol or phenoxide having at least one substituent selected from R 2 group, CF 3 group, CN group, SO 2 NH 2 group (wherein R 1 is H or an alkyl group, and R 2 is an alkyl group). By using a conductive polymer obtained by electrolytic polymerization from an electrolytic solution containing at least a derivative, a polymerizable monomer, and a supporting electrolyte as an electrode formed by laminating on a dielectric film, excellent stability even at high temperature can be obtained. A capacitor using the conductive polymer it has as an electrode can be obtained.
