titleOfInvention Waterproof ballast case manufacturing method
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] It is possible to improve workability at low cost. [Structure] Both side surfaces of a case body 1 and a case bottom plate 2a are superposed and caulked to fit a side plate into one opening of a cylindrical case 3a, and then the cylindrical case 3a is inclined to form an adhesive 4 Is injected along the overlapping joint portion 6, and after the injection, the cylindrical case 3a is vertically set up and the adhesive 4 is cured, and the adhesive is applied to the inside of the joint portion between the overlapping joint portion 6, the cylindrical case 3a and the side plate. In a method for manufacturing a waterproof ballast case in which a shield layer of an adhesive 4 is formed, the bottom plate 2a is adjacent to the overlapping joint portion 6 and is higher than the joint portion 6 in height. In addition, a claw 8 parallel to the side wall of the tubular case 3a is provided, and a gutter 9 is formed between the claw 8 and the side wall of the tubular case 3a.
