abstract (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To provide a data output buffer composed of pull-up means responsive to a first signal and pull-down means responsive to a second signal. A first control means for manipulating the slope of the first signal to be slower after the threshold value of the pull-up means than after the threshold value of the pull-up means, and a slope of the second signal. Is provided with a second control means for adjusting so that it becomes slower after the threshold value of the pull-down means than after the threshold value of the pull-down means. [Effect] When the output signal level of the data output buffer changes, noise can be reduced without affecting the operation speed.
