abstract | (57) Abstract: A color photographic element of the invention comprises a support and a first silver halide emulsion layer and a second silver halide emulsion layer sensitized to different regions of the spectrum. A color photographic element, wherein at least one of said emulsion layers comprises Development in which the barrier layer is released from the DIR compound because it is in reactive association with a DIR compound that releases an anionic development inhibitor, and the element contains a barrier layer containing an anionic latex polymer. Reflecting the suppressor, the barrier layer is characterized by being located farther from the support than the first silver halide emulsion layer and the second silver halide emulsion layer. According to the present invention, the color saturation is improved. |
