[Structure] 30 to 97% by weight of a (meth) acrylic monomer (a) represented by the general formula (I), and a monomer (b) 70 copolymerizable with the (meth) acrylic monomer (a). A water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, characterized in that the main component is a copolymer composed of 3 to 3% by weight. CH 2 = CR 1 ─COO (R 2 O) p R 3 ····· (I) ( wherein, R 1 represents H or CH 3, R 2 represents respectively an alkylene group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R 3 represents H, an alkyl group, an aryl group or an aralkyl group, and p is an average value of the condensation degree, which is an arbitrary value within the range of 1 to 40.) |
