abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To simplify the process of filling and sealing two reagents in different parts. [Structure] An inner cup 70 is inserted into an outer cup 60 such that the bottoms thereof are in contact with each other. The peripheral wall 72 of the inner 70 cup is provided with a recess 80 corresponding to the filling hole 84 formed in the flange 74 at the peripheral edge thereof, and the annular chamber formed between the outer cup 60 and the inner cup 70. At 86, a passage is formed for filling the powdered reagent. The peripheral wall 72 of the inner cup 70 is substantially conical in shape to augment its bottom 76, preventing the cutter blade from collapsing the outer cup 60 prior to cutting. The lid 102 seals the flange 74 of the inner cup 70 and simultaneously seals both the inner cup 70 and the fill hole 84. Inner cup 70 and annular chamber 86 are filled with powdered reagents, which interact in water to form strong oxidants and corrosion inhibitors.
