(57) [Summary] [Purpose] A process for producing a conjugated diene polymer in which the processability of unvulcanized rubber is improved and the impact resilience and abrasion resistance of the vulcanizate are improved, and the conjugate obtained by this process. A rubber composition using a diene polymer as a raw rubber. [Structure] A conjugated diene-based monomer having an active terminal or an anion living conjugated diene-based polymer composed of a conjugated diene-based monomer and an aromatic vinyl compound is reacted with an organic alkali metal to obtain a polymer main chain and a terminal. The conjugated diene-based polymer in which an alkali metal or the like is bonded to the compound is reacted with a compound having a specific functional group. This reaction product (modified conjugated diene polymer) is used as a raw material rubber for a rubber composition. |
