abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] Providing event management services that can be adjusted to meet specific needs. The computer operating system manages events that are relevant to multiple event handlers within the program. Event notifications are triggered by event handlers in the sequence. Although propagated to the handler, any event handler that receives the notification in the sequence can block further propagation of the event notification.
