titleOfInvention | Capsule toner for heat and pressure fixing and method for producing the same |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Constitution] A heat-meltable core material containing at least a coloring agent, A heat and pressure fixing capsule toner composed of an outer shell provided so as to cover the surface of the core material, wherein an α, β-ethylenic copolymerizable monomer whose main component is an amino group (A) 0.05 to 20 parts by weight and other α, β-ethylenic copolymerizable monomer (B) 99.95 to 80 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin obtained by polymerization reaction, and in the core material A heat-and-pressure fixing capsule toner having partially convex portions on the surface of the toner, and a method for producing the same, characterized in that the toner contains inorganic fine particles. [Effect] The chargeability can be controlled from the inside of the toner, the offset resistance is excellent, the fixing temperature is low, the blocking resistance is excellent, and a clear image free from fog can be stably formed. Further, when the untransferred toner on the photoconductor is blade-cleaned, it can be easily cleaned. |
