(57) [Summary] [Structure] A method of assembling an electrophotographic image forming member, the step of preparing a supporting substrate for the image forming member; including a photoconductive material, a binder and a first solvent on the substrate. And a step of applying a charge transporting layer solution containing a charge transporting material, the binder and a second solvent onto the charge generating layer. The result is an electrophotographic imaging member having improved resistance to delamination, which minimizes defects in the binder-generating layer. |
