titleOfInvention | Method for producing immobilized enzyme membrane and protein-immobilized membrane |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a protein-immobilized membrane and a method for producing an immobilized enzyme membrane, which have a uniform membrane thickness and can prevent the inactivation of an enzyme due to the contraction of the membrane. [Issue] The immobilized enzyme membrane is a solution 1 to 4 in which a mixed solution of an aqueous protein solution comprising an enzyme and a crosslinking agent contains at least 1 to 20% by weight of enzyme and 10 to 50% by weight of protein. 1 to 2 parts by weight, and 1 to 2 parts by weight of a liquid containing 50 to 100% by weight of a water-soluble crosslinking agent having two or more epoxy groups. It is manufactured by spin-coating a mixed solution consisting of 1 to 2 parts by weight of a solution containing wt% glutaraldehyde on a predetermined part of the surface of the semiconductor field effect ion sensor. |
