| abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] Prevents thermal deterioration of the squeeze roller and extends its life. [Structure] A rotary body 3 having a squeeze roller 2 is incorporated in a casing 1 that is evacuated. Inside the casing 1, a U-shaped curved portion 6 is formed along the inner peripheral wall of the casing 1. The pumping tube 6 is inserted so that a is formed. One end of the pumping tube 6 is used as a suction port 7 and the other end is used as a discharge port 8 to project outside. A cooling member is attached to the casing 1 at a position where it does not interfere with the pumping tube 6 so as to come into contact with the squeeze roller 2. While the squeeze roller 2 separates from the curved portion 6a and contacts again, The squeeze roller 2 is brought into contact with a cooling member to cool it. |
